Política de Cookies
Última actualización: 5 July 2026
Elite Consulting Club (operated by Elite Consulting FZC-LLC) ("we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how we use cookies and similar technologies on our website. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how and why we use them, the categories we set, how long they last, and the choices available to you.
4. Consent to Cookies
We only place non-essential cookies (analytics, preference, and targeting cookies) on your device with your consent. When you first visit our website, we present a cookie banner that lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or open a preferences panel to make granular choices.
Essential cookies do not require consent, because they are strictly necessary to deliver the website and the services you request (for example, page navigation, security, and load balancing). These cannot be switched off through our preference controls.
- Granular control – you can accept or decline each category of non-essential cookies (analytics, preference, and targeting) independently through our cookie preferences panel.
- Change or withdraw consent at any time – you can reopen the cookie preferences panel from the link in our website footer at any time to update or withdraw your choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Records of consent – your preferences are stored so that we do not have to ask you on every visit; clearing your browser cookies will reset your choices and prompt the banner again.
6. Third-Party Tools and Cookies
We use trusted third-party tools that may use cookies or similar technologies to gather data. These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect and process it under their own privacy and cookie policies.
- Google Analytics – measures and reports on website traffic and how visitors use the site (analytics).
- Google Search Console – helps us monitor and maintain our site’s presence in Google Search results (performance monitoring).
- TidyCal – powers appointment scheduling and booking on our website (functional).
- Google Ads – where used, supports measurement and delivery of our advertising campaigns (targeting).
- Meta/Facebook Pixel – where used, helps us measure the effectiveness of advertising and reach relevant audiences on Meta platforms (targeting).
We do not control the cookies set by these third parties. For details of the data they collect and your choices, please refer to each provider’s own privacy and cookie policies. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage personalized advertising through the settings offered by each advertising provider.
8. Relationship to Our Privacy Policy
This Cookie Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail how we collect, use, and protect personal data, the legal bases on which we rely, and the rights available to you. Where cookies collect information that can identify you, that information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Cookies — No Control, No Liability
Certain cookies and similar technologies on our website are set by third parties — in particular Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Meta/Facebook Pixel). These third parties set and read their cookies under their own terms and privacy policies, acting as independent controllers of the data they collect. We do not control, and cannot control, how these third parties process, retain, secure, or onward-transfer the information collected through their technologies, including any transfers to servers located outside the United Arab Emirates.
We encourage you to review the policies of these providers and to make use of the opt-out mechanisms they and the wider advertising industry make available:
- Google Privacy Policy – https://policies.google.com/privacy, and Google’s cookie information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
- Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on – https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, which prevents your data from being used by Google Analytics.
- Meta Privacy Policy – https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy, and Meta’s cookie policy at https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies.
- Meta ad preferences – manage how Meta uses your data for advertising at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Industry opt-out platforms – YourOnlineChoices (https://www.youronlinechoices.eu) and AboutAds/Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info) allow you to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Consulting Club disclaims all liability for the acts, omissions, data processing practices, retention periods, security measures, and international transfers of any third party whose cookies or similar technologies are used on or through our website. Your interactions with these third parties, and their use of your data, are governed solely by their own policies, and any claims relating to such processing should be directed to the relevant third party.
11. Server-Side Tracking (Conversions API)
In addition to browser-based cookies and pixels, we may transmit certain events (for example, page views, booking requests, and form submissions) directly from our servers to Meta via the Meta Conversions API. This server-side transmission operates independently of browser cookies and may occur even where browser-based tracking is limited by your device, browser, or extensions.
Where both a browser event and a corresponding server-side event are sent, we use deduplication identifiers so that the same action is counted only once. Server-side events are limited to what is needed for conversion measurement and advertising effectiveness, and any personal identifiers included are hashed or otherwise protected where required.
The lawful basis, safeguards, retention, and your rights in relation to this server-side processing are as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the framework governing this Cookie Policy. Once data is received by Meta, it is processed by Meta as an independent controller under its own policies, and Section 10 (Third-Party Cookies — No Control, No Liability) applies equally to server-side transmissions.
12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and browser extensions transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals, “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) signals, or similar preference signals to the websites you visit. Given the absence of a uniform, legally settled industry standard for interpreting and responding to such signals, our website does not currently respond to DNT, GPC, or similar browser signals.
This does not limit your ability to control tracking on our website: you can manage non-essential cookies at any time through our consent banner and cookie preferences panel, through your browser settings, and through the third-party opt-out mechanisms described in this policy. These remain the effective and supported means of exercising your choices on our website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Consulting Club accepts no liability for any reliance you place on DNT, GPC, or similar signals as a means of limiting tracking on our website, or for any processing that occurs because such signals were not recognised or acted upon. Should a binding legal standard for such signals be adopted in a jurisdiction applicable to us, we will review our approach accordingly.
13. Continued Use as Acceptance; Withdrawal of Consent
Where and to the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued browsing or use of our website after the cookie notice has been presented to you constitutes your acceptance of this Cookie Policy and of the use of cookies in accordance with the preferences you have expressed (or, for essential cookies, in accordance with this policy). If you do not agree to this Cookie Policy, you should adjust your cookie preferences or discontinue use of the website.
You may withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time, free of charge, by any of the following means:
- Cookie preferences panel – reopen the panel from the link in our website footer and update or reject any category of non-essential cookies.
- Cookie banner – where the banner is re-presented (for example, after your stored preferences expire or are cleared), you may reject non-essential cookies at that point.
- Browser settings – block or delete cookies for our website through your browser at any time.
Withdrawal of consent takes effect for the future only. It does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal, and it does not require the retrieval or deletion of data already lawfully collected and shared in accordance with your earlier choices, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Following withdrawal, the consequences described in Section 9 (Consequences of Disabling Cookies) may apply.
14. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our business operations. Please review this page periodically for updates. The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
